Debra “Dee” C. Price, Attorney at Law
Debra “Dee” C. Price has joined the Moye Law Firm practicing in the areas of litigation and estate planning.
Previously, she was a partner with Taylor and Price PLLC from its formation in 2013, focusing primarily
on securities law and employment and contract litigation. Before that, Dee was “of counsel” with Betts Hardy & Rodgers and its predecessor, Allen Guthrie and Thomas, where her work varied from defending pharmaceutical companies and automobile manufacturers to representing plaintiffs in breach of contract and discrimination cases.
Dee earlier practiced at Goodwin & Goodwin LLP and served as a judicial law clerk for U.S. District Judge Joseph R. Goodwin when he took the bench in 1995.
Dee Price also became City Attorney for Kenova, West Virginia in 1999, a role that she continues to fulfill to the present date. Since 1999, Debra has performed legal work for the City of Kenova in connection with many federally- and state-funded projects, including infrastructure projects, involving construction and engineering.
Dee graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law where she was an Editor of the
Boston University Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Marshall University.
